Terms of service
Belleverite Technologies, LLC, for the VOIRdirect™ website
Effective Date: November 12, 2026 · Last Updated: November 12, 2026
1. These terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at voirdirect.ai (the “Site”), operated by Belleverite Technologies, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Belleverite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Belleverite Technologies, LLC is the only Belleverite company that is a party to these Terms.
The Site describes VOIRdirect, litigation intelligence software (the “Product”). Use of the Product is governed by a separate written subscription agreement and Data Processing Addendum between Belleverite and the customer organization. These Terms do not grant access to the Product, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a commitment to deliver any feature, price, or availability date.
2. Who VOIRdirect is for
The Product is offered only to law firms, corporate legal departments, government legal offices, and other organizations that act through licensed attorneys, and to the attorneys and staff working under their supervision. It is not offered to consumers or to people representing themselves in a legal matter, in any state. If you are not a legal professional and you need help with a legal matter, please contact a licensed attorney or your state bar’s lawyer referral service.
3. North Carolina
The Product is professional software for organizations acting through licensed attorneys. It is not offered to consumers as interactive software that generates a legal document based on a consumer’s answers to questions, within the meaning of N.C.G.S. § 84-2.2. Belleverite does not operate under that section, has not registered under it, and does not offer the Site or the Product to North Carolina consumers in reliance on it. Customers and users in North Carolina are subject to these Terms and to their subscription agreement on the same basis as customers and users in every other state.
4. Not a law firm, and no legal advice
Belleverite is not a law firm, is not authorized to practice law in any jurisdiction, including the District of Columbia, and does not provide legal services or legal advice. The Product is technology that supports the work of licensed attorneys; it is limited to non-legal functions, and any legal judgment applied to its output is the attorney’s. The Site and the Product are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Using the Site or submitting the request-access form does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship with Belleverite, and does not make your communications with us privileged or confidential. The Site is not a solicitation for legal services. We do not refer, recommend, match, or introduce anyone to a lawyer, and we receive no share of any legal fee.
5. Product descriptions and professional responsibility
The Site describes capabilities that are available, in development, or planned. A description of what VOIRdirect does or is built to do is not a representation that any output will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any matter, and it is not a prediction of how any judge, juror, or party will act.
VOIRdirect does not determine, and Belleverite does not undertake to determine, any deadline, filing obligation, or other legal requirement in any matter. Where the Product computes or displays a date, the rule citation and computation record show what was applied. They are not a statement that the date is correct.
The attorney of record remains solely responsible for every matter in which the Product is used: for the docket and every deadline, for independently verifying every date, citation, analysis, and other output before relying on it or communicating it to a client or a court, and for the duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision under the rules of professional conduct that apply to that attorney, including as described in ABA Formal Opinion 512. That responsibility cannot be delegated to Belleverite, to the Product, or to any nonlawyer.
6. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes and to request access to the Product. You agree to give accurate information and not to submit information for another person without authority. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the names “Belleverite,” “Belléverité,” “VOIRdirect,” and “VOIRavant,” are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved to their owner within the Belleverite group of companies or to the respective licensors, and the Site is operated with the owner’s authority.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as ordinary browser use requires. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use any Belleverite name, mark, or logo.
8. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or the Product, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you. Do not include confidential information in feedback.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact address in Section 16 that identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the material and where it appears on the Site, gives your contact information, states that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law, states under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and carries your physical or electronic signature. We will review and respond to complete notices.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
11. No warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLEVERITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. INFORMATION ABOUT VOIRDIRECT ON THE SITE MAY CHANGE OR BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME AND IS NOT A WARRANTY OR COMMITMENT THAT ANY CAPABILITY WILL BE BUILT, RELEASED, OR PERFORM AS DESCRIBED. ANY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT IS STATED ONLY IN THE CUSTOMER’S SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLEVERITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. BELLEVERITE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. LIABILITY FOR THE PRODUCT IS GOVERNED ONLY BY THE CUSTOMER’S SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT.
13. Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Belleverite about the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
