VOIRdirectâ„¢

Case intelligence for trial teams.

VOIRdirect reads each day's trial transcript against the day before, researches the venire and the judge from the record, and puts what it finds in front of your team with a citation for every line. Your lawyers make every call.

The problem

Trial teams on daily copy rebuild the case every night. The transcript arrives late, the morning comes early, and the work of finding what changed falls to whoever is still awake.

The tools that could help raise a fair question for the firm. ABA Formal Opinion 512 expects lawyers to understand a generative AI tool's capabilities and limits before relying on it, and to protect client information when they use one. A tool that cannot show where its output came from, or what happens to the matter file, is hard to use under that standard.

VOIRdirect is built for that review. Every finding shows its source, and every matter stays inside its own wall.

How it works
01

Each night of trial.

VOIRdirect compares the day's transcript with the day before and is designed to put a brief in front of the team before the next trial day. Every finding carries a page-and-line citation, and the corrections your team makes carry forward to later days.

02

Jury selection.

VOIRdirect supports venire research and models strike plans on each case. Its seating model reports intervals rather than a single answer, and the optimizer behind it is confirmed by exhaustive search or by its own bound. Protected characteristics and their known proxies are screened out of the model, and an attorney signs off on its output before anyone relies on it. It supports your Batson record; it does not recommend strikes.

03

The judge.

VOIRdirect shows how the judge has ruled, drawn from the public record. Each read is rated, cited to its source and dated, and the confidence drops where the record is thin. It describes the record. It does not predict a ruling or explain a judge's reasons.

04

Matter Workspace.

VOIRdirect Matter Workspace is a cloud add-on that gives the trial team one place for matter documents, chain-of-custody logging and deadlines, inside the VOIRdirect sign-in.

Every read is graded and sourced for your team to verify before relying on it.

Trust and security

Matters stay walled.

Each matter is separated at the database layer, keyed to the verified login. A lawyer outside an ethical wall cannot see that the matter exists.

Your keys for your files.

Matter files and work product are encrypted under keys specific to your firm.

A record you can check.

Every change made in the platform is written to a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail, with write-once retention designed in. Your office can export it for review.

Originals stay original.

Uploaded files are kept unaltered, every download is logged, and a SHA-256 fingerprint shows the stored copy has not changed.

Privilege vault.

Privileged material sits in a vault encrypted with your firm's keys. Belleverite personnel can reach it only through a logged break-glass process, and your firm is notified.

No model training.

Your matter data is not used to train models.

Managed for you.

VOIRdirect is fully managed by Belleverite Technologies in the cloud. Its controls are mapped to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria in a documented control matrix.

Where things stand. VOIRdirect is pre-production. No production environment runs today, and the controls above describe the system as built and tested for its first production release.

Become a design partner

We are selecting a small group of litigation firms to use VOIRdirect on live trials and tell us what to change.

Your first trial matter is free. Your second is $7,500 for a seven-day trial at Standard turnaround, scaled to the trial's length and turnaround. List prices are then locked for 24 months for any order you sign.

Your team uses VOIRdirect on the live daily-copy workflow, joins a short weekly debrief while in trial, and tells us what helped and what got in the way. The founder supports you directly during trial weeks.

What VOIRdirect is, and what it is not

Belleverite Technologies is not a law firm, is not authorized to practice law in the District of Columbia or any other jurisdiction, and does not provide legal services or legal advice. VOIRdirect is software limited to non-legal functions; it informs the lawyers who use it, and every legal judgment is theirs. VOIRdirect is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

AI can make mistakes. Verify every finding against its source before relying on it.
